KaJan Experience offers different Travel Experiences from Adriatic Small Ship Cruises, Yacht Charters, Private Tours and Customized Itineraries in Croatia & beyond. If you have any inquiry and questions, please do not hesitate to CONTACT US. In general terms, after all the details are agreed on, we will contact you in order to make a reservation by paying a deposit with a final confirmation of your reservation. We invite you to share your travel wishes, ideas, dreams, preferred way of travel, and for sure some practical information such as dates, schedule and estimated budget. After a detailed consultation, KaJan Experience team will plan and suggest your Travel Experience


Pre-trip consultation

Start your journey with one of our travel expert who have lived and traveled extensively in the regions you are about to visit.


Itinerary & Refinement

Based on our consultation and taking into account your preferences we will propose/create the itinerary and confirm all the details.


Booking & Confirm

On payment of deposit your reservation will be confirmed. You will receive all related travel documents if required for your plan.

Adriatic Small Ship Cruise

We offer a fine selection of Adriatic Small Ship Cruises that can be booked as an individual cabin charter or a private charter. For both bookings, KaJan Experience issues the deposit invoice in the amount of 30% of the total price. This is required to be paid in order to secure your Travel Experience. After receiving the deposit KaJan Experience will issue a confirmation note.

The rest of the balance is due no less than 90 days prior to the departure. If your inquiry is less than 90 days prior to the departure 100 % of the payment will be required in order to confirm your reservation. With individual cabin charter or private charter final agreement, we will issue a Contract for Accommodation on the Vessel or a Charter Contract that will be signed by both parties. The Force Majeure Event paragraph will be enclosed within the signed contract, other terms, and conditions, and the cancelation policy.

Yacht Charter

KaJan Experience offers different motor yachts, sailing yachts, and catamarans. In addition, you may ask for a skipper, hostess, or chef as an additional crew on board if not included as part of all services provided. We offer customized charter experiences. After all the details about your yachting preferences are confirmed, we will find a perfect matching yacht for you and your party. After the final confirmation, we will prepare a standardized charter contract depending on the type of vessel and charter location.

If you are booking any of our luxury yachts, we will organize a standard MYBA contract (Mediterranean Yacht Broker Association) latest version. It is a standard contract between the charter company and the charterer. The contract is used to define obligations and commitments. In order to reserve a charter, a 50% deposit of the charter fee is due upon the signature of the charter agreement, and the remaining 50% balance, usually 8 weeks before charter commencement. The cancellation policy varies from yacht type and charter destination, but in general, we recommend our guests take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves and any paid deposits against unforeseen reasons. The cancellation policy is mentioned in the charter agreements.

Private Tour & Customized Itinerary

When you decide to confirm the Private Tour Experience on land, we will send you a deposit invoice in the fixed amount of 30% which could be paid through our secured system link. After receiving the deposit, we will send you the confirmation voucher. If you are booking a daily tour and it is scheduled for the following day as per your inquiry then we will make the agreement without making the deposit and confirm it depending on the availability. After we receive the full payment we will send you the final confirmation voucher with the final itinerary and, if required, all relevant travel documents related to the program. The rest of the payment for the Private Tour & Customized Itinerary will be done as follows:

  • Daily Private Tours – final payment 14 days prior to the confirmed date
  • Multi-day Private Tours – final payment 30 days prior to the confirmed dates

  • By bank transfer to KaJan Experience account – IBAN
  • By local bank transfer to KaJan Experience account (if you are in Croatia)

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking must be requested in writing to KaJan Experience. KaJan Experience reserves the right to cancel any Travel Experience confirmed If the cancellation is by virtue of any unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the KaJan Experience control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided by the KaJan Experience, even though it has exercised all due care, the KaJan Experience will offer the client a travel credit to the amount of their original payment, which can be used to book any of our Travel Experiences in the same or following calendar year as the original booking or offer a full refund.
