KAJAN EXPERIENCE is a wholesale travel consultant of the services provided that are sold as itinerary “packages” and we do not breakdown or itemize the cost of the individual components that are an integral part of our consolidated itinerary packages. KAJAN EXPERIENCE advises travelers to secure travel insurance. (“Cancel For Any Reason” policies provide the greatest level of protection. Please refer to the exact coverage details of the insurance provider you choose for specifics of their ‘covered’ expenses. Even with CFAR insurance, your travel purchase might not be covered in the event of a cancelation. Please understand the terms and conditions on your insurance policy.
The responsibility of KAJAN EXPERIENCE is strictly limited. As a travel/booking agency, KAJAN EXPERIENCE organizes, promotes, and sells travel services, charters, excursions, and cruise/hotel accommodations that KAJAN EXPERIENCE also purchases or reserves from various supplies (collectively “Suppliers”). KAJAN EXPERIENCE exercises every care in the selection of reputable tour operators, coach operators, hotels and other Suppliers of the various travel services. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with KAJAN EXPERIENCE are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by other service providers.
